Qualified projects receive confirmed scope, timeline and pricing through Contra. The contract and 50% deposit are handled in one secure step.

Work is scheduled after the agreement, deposit, content and required access have been received.

Common Questions

WHAT PEOPLE USUALLY ASK.

No. A lot of projects start with "I know there's a problem but I'm not sure how to solve it yet." That's fine. The scoping process is part of what we do — we'll help you figure out what the right system actually is before we build anything.
Engagements have starting prices but final pricing depends on scope. After reviewing your application, we'll confirm pricing before anything is signed. A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due on delivery.
Once the project is paid in full, you own the completed build. There are no required platform subscriptions, forced maintenance plans or vendor lock-in. Optional System Care is available for clients who want ZELYQOR to continue managing and maintaining the system.
Sometimes. ZELYQOR is strongest when the offer is clear and there is already evidence of demand, but an established business does not need to be large. The Project Fit Check is the quickest way to determine whether the timing and scope make sense.
Every engagement includes 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and adjustments. After that window closes, you can either handle updates yourself — the build is entirely yours — or move onto System Care, our monthly plan covering hosting, monitoring, maintenance, updates and minor changes.
A monthly plan that keeps the system we built running properly after launch — managed hosting, uptime and performance monitoring, maintenance, dependency and security updates, backup oversight, bug fixes related to the original build, a monthly health check, technical support, and roughly 60 minutes of minor changes each month. Sometimes. System Care is designed for systems we built, since we already know the architecture. For outside systems we require a paid technical audit first to assess the codebase, hosting, dependencies and security posture — after which we'll quote a monthly rate or explain why rebuilding would serve you better than maintaining.
