Lead Recovery · HVAC

YOU ALREADY PAID
FOR THE CALL.

Every missed call is a lead you bought twice — once from Google, and again when a competitor picks up. We install and manage the system that answers it, qualifies it, and puts it on your schedule.

Live Demo

CALL IT.
PRETEND YOUR AC IS DEAD.

This is the fastest way to judge whether any of this is worth your time. Call the number, say your air conditioning stopped working, and let it book you an appointment. It takes about ninety seconds.

Demo line — answering now
+1 (303) 970-0628
Answering as Ridgeline Heating & Air — a company we invented for the demo, not a customer of ours.
What the demo actually does
Answers the call and holds a normal conversation
Works out what has gone wrong and how urgent it is
Takes your name, number and address
Checks whether you are inside the service area
Checks real configured availability and offers legitimate arrival windows
Books a real appointment slot
Saves the lead with the call transcript attached
Be aware
Ridgeline Heating & Air does not exist — it is a demonstration company, not a client
No one will turn up at your address
Try to trip it up. Ask something odd. That is the point of a demo.

We would rather you find the edges now than discover them after you have paid us. If it fumbles something on your call, tell us on the follow-up and we will show you whether it is fixable.

The Arithmetic

RUN IT ON YOUR
OWN NUMBERS.

We are not going to quote you an industry statistic. Put your real figures in and see what the leak is worth.

$56,160

Your numbers, your assumptions — we have not touched them. Most owners have never run this calculation, which is exactly why the problem stays invisible. Even if you halve whatever number you just saw, the question is whether it is bigger than the cost of fixing it.

The System

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN
SOMEONE CALLS.

The same sequence every time, day or night, whether you are on a roof, on another call, or asleep.

Call answered — 24/7 Queued
Problem identified Queued
Service area checked Queued
Availability checked Queued
Appointment booked Queued
Lead saved with transcript Queued
If it cannot answer
It takes the caller’s details and the reason for the call so nothing is lost, rather than guessing. It never invents pricing or promises a time it has not checked.

Straight Answer

THERE ARE $49 TOOLS
THAT ANSWER A PHONE.

There are. If you want to buy one, configure it, and maintain it yourself, that is a completely reasonable decision and you should do it. Here is the actual difference.

What you are paying us for
Configured against your service area, your job types and your pricing rules
Real configured availability checked before any window is offered
Someone reads the transcripts every week and fixes what it got wrong
Escalation rules written for your business, not a default setting
A named person accountable when it misbehaves
Changes to hours, services and service area handled for you
What we are not
Not software you log into and learn
Not a marketing agency — we do not touch your ad spend
Not a call centre with people on headsets
Not a replacement for your office manager
Not a rebuild of your website

If your phone is already answered promptly every time, including at 9pm on a Saturday in July, you do not need this and we will tell you so on the call.

Track Record

WE HAVE NOT DONE THIS
FOR AN HVAC COMPANY YET.

Being straight with you: this offer is new, and you would be among the first. What is not new is building booking and scheduling systems that businesses run every day without calling us. Here is the relevant history.

Booking System
Skill Barber
A booking platform for a barber working across three locations, built in four days. 25 bookings in the first week, 21 marked complete by the owner, and no support requests since handover. Double-booking is prevented by a database constraint, not by hoping.
Scheduling & Records
Living Wholistically
A client platform with logins, individual records, scheduled content and weekly check-ins, replacing a process that ran on messages and spreadsheets. Access is enforced at the database level. Built in under two weeks.
Lead Capture
UVS
A conversion funnel for a paid membership business — capturing enquiries that were previously leaving the site without a trace.

None of the above are HVAC lead-recovery results, and we are not going to present them as though they were. They are the reason we are confident we can build and run this properly.

Before You Ask

THE QUESTIONS
EVERY OWNER ASKS.

Call the demo line and judge for yourself — that is the entire reason the number is on this page. It is a voice on a phone, not a person, and we are not going to claim otherwise. What matters is whether a customer with a broken air conditioner gets useful help at ten at night instead of a voicemail beep.
It says so and takes the caller's details rather than inventing something. It does not quote prices it has not been given, does not diagnose faults, and does not promise arrival times it cannot check. A wrong answer costs you more than a deferred one.
No. Your number stays on your trucks, your ads and your listings exactly as it is. Calls forward to the system, and you can switch that forwarding off yourself whenever you want.
It checks your real configured availability, offers legitimate arrival windows and books a genuine appointment slot — that part works today. It does not yet sync with an external calendar or scheduling tool. If that matters to you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly where it stands rather than promise an integration that does not exist yet.
You decide what counts as an emergency for your business, and those calls are routed the way you tell us — straight through to a phone, or captured and flagged immediately. The system does not decide on its own whether somebody's heat going out in February can wait.
Transfer rules are part of what we configure with you. Be aware that a transfer only helps if somebody actually picks up — for most of the businesses we speak to, the calls being lost are precisely the ones where nobody was available.
No, and we would not sell it that way. It covers the calls your team is not getting to — after hours, weekends, and the moments when everyone is already on a line. If your phone is genuinely answered every time it rings, you do not need this.
Full control, and you approve it before it takes a live call. What it asks, what it will and will not discuss, which jobs it books, how it describes your business — all of that is set with you and changed whenever you want it changed.
If you have the time to configure one, set up your availability, test it against your service area and review what it gets wrong, the cheap tool is honestly the better buy. You are paying us for the part that does not come in the box — the setup, the corrections, and someone accountable when it misbehaves.
Next Step

FIFTEEN MINUTES.

Tell us how calls are handled now and we will tell you whether this is worth doing. If it is not, we will say so — we are looking for a small number of the right businesses, not volume.

We reply within one business day.
