WE BUILT THE SYSTEM.
WE'LL KEEP IT RUNNING.

Your launch shouldn't be the last time your system gets attention. System Care keeps your website, portal or digital system monitored, maintained, updated and supported after launch — so you can focus on running your business instead of maintaining the technology behind it.

How the Relationship Works

BUILD → CARE → GROW.

Most agencies disappear at launch. The system they left behind slowly degrades — dependencies age, small breakages accumulate, and nobody is watching. This is the alternative.

01
Build

We design and launch the system — the website, client portal, internal tool or automation, built around how the business actually works. A one-time engagement with a defined scope and a fixed start.

One-time fee
02
Care

We maintain, monitor, update and support it. Hosting is managed, dependencies stay current, security is monitored, and small changes get handled each month without a new quote every time.

03
Grow

As the business evolves, larger improvements are scoped separately — new features, additional portals, deeper automations. Care keeps the foundation solid so growth builds on something stable.

Scope

EXACTLY WHAT'S COVERED.

Stated plainly in both directions, so there's never a conversation about whether something is included.

Included every month
Managed hosting
Uptime and performance monitoring
Website and system maintenance
Dependency and software updates
Bug fixes related to the original build
Security monitoring
Backup oversight, where applicable
Minor monthly content or system changes
Technical support
Monthly system health check
Priority response ahead of non-care clients
Not included — quoted separately
Major redesigns
New pages or large features
Completely new automations
Major database changes
New portals or applications
Full copywriting projects
Branding projects
Large third-party integrations

None of these are off the table — they're simply real projects with real scope, so they get quoted as their own engagement rather than absorbed into a monthly plan. Care clients get priority scheduling on them.

60
Minutes / month

Minor changes means roughly 60 minutes of work each month: text edits, image replacements, small layout adjustments, updating links, simple form changes, and small workflow adjustments.

Unused time does not roll over. If a request turns out to be larger than a minor change, we'll say so before starting and quote it separately — you'll never receive a surprise invoice.

Eligibility

BUILT BY US,
MAINTAINED BY US.

System Care is primarily available for websites, portals and systems ZELYQOR built. We know the architecture, the decisions behind it, and where it's likely to need attention — which is what makes the plan worth paying for rather than a generic maintenance retainer.

If we didn't build it, we may still take it on — but it requires a paid technical audit first so we understand what we'd be responsible for. Some systems we'll decline, and we'll tell you why.

EVERY BUILD INCLUDES 14 DAYS OF POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT.
SYSTEM CARE BEGINS WHEN THAT PERIOD ENDS.

Common Questions

WHAT PEOPLE ASK
ABOUT SYSTEM CARE.

A monthly plan that keeps the system we built for you running properly after launch. It covers managed hosting, uptime and performance monitoring, maintenance, dependency and security updates, backup oversight, bug fixes related to the original build, a monthly health check, technical support, and roughly 60 minutes of minor changes each month.
No. Every build is yours outright, and you're free to host and maintain it however you like — you own the code, the assets and the accounts. System Care exists for owners who would rather keep that responsibility with the people who built the system than take it on themselves.
Text edits, image replacements, small layout adjustments, updating links, simple form changes, and small workflow adjustments — around 60 minutes of work per month in total. Unused time doesn't roll over. If something you ask for is bigger than that, we'll tell you before we start and quote it separately rather than silently running over.
Sometimes. System Care is designed for systems we built, because we already understand the architecture. For outside systems we require a paid technical audit first to assess the codebase, hosting, dependencies and security posture. After the audit we'll quote a monthly rate, or explain why we'd rather rebuild it than maintain it.
It gets scoped and quoted as its own engagement. New pages, new automations, major database changes, additional portals and large integrations are real projects, not maintenance. Care clients get priority scheduling on that work, and because we already know the system, scoping is faster.
Yes. Billing is monthly and there's no long-term contract. You can cancel yourself at any time from the — no email required, and no need to ask us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep coverage until then. We'll help you transition hosting and access so nothing is held hostage, and the system remains entirely yours.
Yes — managed hosting is included for typical websites, portals and systems we build. Where a system depends on third-party services with their own usage-based pricing, such as a database, email delivery or AI provider, those costs are billed to your accounts and remain yours. We'll always be explicit about which services those are before you sign up.
Care clients are prioritised ahead of non-care requests, and we aim to respond to issues the same business day. We don't publish a guaranteed response or uptime figure, because we'd rather commit to something we can consistently deliver than advertise a number we can't.
